Hello my lovely people!
I'm sorry if you've been logging on wondering where my posts have been....I kinda lost my phone. Well I say lost, more like accidentally jumped into the swimming pool with it in my pocket....But after a bowl of Rice and a $70 technician Im back in business!
Saturday I did some work for a local guy. He said it was to move some soil from the front to the back of his house, half a day's work, $60. I thought this was a good deal...What a mistake.
For a start, the amount of soil was at least 4 times bigger than he had said it was. Secondly, it wasn't just moving it, I was expected to do gardening too. Working in that heat and sun was unbarable, it took from 7am to 4.30 pm, and we still had about half the load to go! He gave me $100 so it wasn't too bad, but he was a bit of a knobhead.
Saturday Night I went into Cairns for a night out with Michael (you remember, my Dive Buddy) and his mate Tim from Uni. Went to Gilligans..MENTAL. Huge nightclub and bar, but with massive screens al over showing Sport - I watched Man Utd v Liverpool more than Danced! Bumped into a load of guys and girls from the Hostel there, so that was cool, had a good night, but 22 hours being awake was taking its toll!
I'm busy the next few days and Leaving Cairns Tuesday night, 11 hour bus ride to Airlie Beach! I'll probably post before then though, so keep posted!
Oh, and I did go to put the DIve photos on FB, but it would take 5 hours for them to upload, which would cost me $20 in internet time! So I'll try and choose the best ones and put them up a bit at a time! Promise!
